Since then, the company has achieved immensely great success in its real estate investment activities and has made many become land and homeowners.
The company has currently established several Estates projects within Lagos and Ogun State. The names of the said estates are GARDEN OF EDEN ESTATES under which we have ELIZABETH COURT, WINNER-MAN ESTATE, ABRAHAM COURT amongst others.
The operational headquarters is situated on the 1st Floor No 32 by Quest Filling Station Cement Bus Stop along Lagos Abeokuta Express Way, Mangoro Cement, Lagos
The clients base includes organizations like LAGOS STATE UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL (LASUTH), LAGOS STATE MOTOR VEHICLE AUTHORISATION AGENCY (MVAA) numbers of other cooperative members, and individuals are currently not less than 1,000 in number with 100 acreages in land size.
It has also produced many real estate managers that have gone to established companies of their own.
The company keeps growing every day with plans and strategies on how to help individuals and groups of people achieve their real estate investment and housing needs.
